ombra | do spade

According to the myth, in ancient times there were itinerant traders who served wine in the San Marco square. Those people used to follow the bell tower’s shadow (ombra, in Italian) in order to prevent the wine from getting warm, hence the introduction of the term ombra to refer to a glass of wine.
