White onion, 1
Extra virgin olive oil, 6 tablespoons
Vegetable stock, 1 lt
White wine, 1 lt
Tomato sauce, 350 gr
Salt and pepper, q.s.
- Let’s start by cleaning the cuttlefish. Brown the onion in the oil. Add the cuttlefish, salt and pepper and sprinkle with white wine.
- After a few minutes, add the stock previously prepared.
- Cover with a lid and leave it to cook for 15 minutes. Add the peas and the parsley. Let cook for 30 minutes on a low heat.
